I'm back! Lotsa stuff for you!!!!
Jasper, my friends dog, had a birthday on November 23, so give this sweet guy a happy birthday!(the picture will not work right now, but I will update and add it sooner or later!)
I really really REALLY wanted to get rats, but after getting a rat terrier, a breed trained to hunt and kill these rattie companions, I did research on guinea pigs and decided they would make great pets! To make a long story short, I finally found the perfect cage - C&C cages! I am ordering a medium sized cage from GuineaPigCagesStore.com. They only sell C&C's, which is great! (Read more about C&Cs in my post about Guinea Pig Housing, or wait and read another in the future when I get the cage.)
So, now that I discussed that, on to something else. I planned future posts I will be doing next year. Look out for the following:
More C&C cage Guinea Pig posts
Ferret Biting!
2014 products for critters
More cooking recipes
Myths debunked
And more!!!
Alright.
Listen!
More information posts coming soon.
Tommorow!
The following week will be just that.
No more updates the rest of the week!
Sorry, but I was slacking a little.
Gasp!
I know, right?
Last thing. Bunnies. This is what having a rabbit is like:
They are grumps at times. My bunny is very sweet, though.
But they are not cuddly animals most people think they are.
My rabbit is often like this:
Which is annoying.
When people come over, my bunny does this.

More interesting updates - Daisy pictures, Bunny(and various critter) Blogger news, and other stuff like that
Hi.......Again!
It's always fun to do these update things and everyone seems to like them. First update - Daisy pictures. I didn't really have a lot of these on hand - new ones at least. She's in her pen now so I took a picture while I had the chance.
( I also put in a ceramic bowl for water and gravity feeder for food and I like them much better! In the future I might put water in the gravity feeder instead because the water bowl is kind of small)
Here is another picture.
"Well, duhh!"
Next thing is the daily comic - This time Minnie wants to show you her new doggie coat! I am against dressing animals up if they don't like it, but she seems perfectly fine with it.
Next we have some bunny news. From Houseful Of Rabbits...
I so agree......
Then from Cute Overload....http://cuteoverload.com/2013/11/20/this-just-in-kleenex-alert-people/
Kleenex alert!!! Read a sad-happy story at Cute Overload.
Finally, we have a poll - and it'll stay up until Christmas! Please check it out and cast your vote.
Bye!

Everybody loves Critter Corner!
A year ago I probably would've been very surprised if I saw the success of Critter Corner now. Thank you everyone for reading CC and giving us such positive feedback over this time! Remember that CC's "birthday" is coming up on October 18, and I hope to have lots of comments on that post! So I'd like to thank everybody in the USA for reading Critter Corner and making it a top web search. I also thank all of our Canadian friends and those in the United Kingdom, Austrailia, Russia, and various countries. As you may have noticed, I added lots more labels and tabs for easier web search. And PLEASE remember to scroll down to the very bottom of the blogs home page - there is a lot of great info and plenty of fun tips, polls, and more! An important feature at the bottom of the home page is a translator for different languages to make blog enjoyment easier and more flexible for those who need it. Also, I hope for more subscribers - it's easier to check in on CC when you can't always go to our site. Sorry about the "submit" button glitch appearance, I noticed that a while ago and couldn't fix it but it gives no problems to your email address or account. I was worried someone may think it's spam or a virus link, but that is just how the Blogger gadget was. ):
Anyways, thank you everybody for supporting me and my blog. When I I started it up I figured it would be for my family and friend's enjoyment only. Now I am so grateful for all these viewers and subscribers! Thank you Cute Overload, My House Rabbit, House Rabbit Society, The Daily Bunny, and more for making my blog an even bigger success! If you have a blog as well, dear readers, and you comment on one of my posts, I will be sure to check it out. I love seeing all my reader's pets! Also, if you have a critter question, just put it on as Ask Us, not a post related to your question. I will be able to answer it faster. If you submitted a question via email or Ask Us, be sure to check back on it - I have replied, most likely. If you would like to submit a suggestion for the blog or ask a detailed critter question, submit it at the Suggestions feature. I love getting those suggestions to help make CC a more fun place!
I hope everybody will read the October 18 Tribute To CC post coming up, as it has lots of highlights and FUN! See you soon!

Exciting NEWS: Rabbit Pen Update
Hi everyone! Today I must learn again how to use a keyboard. This is the first time in a very long while that I have sat down and used the computer. I used to use the iPad or other mobile device when the internet was not set up in our new house. So, bear with me. Okay, fine. For a proud mom of two awesome house "bunns", it's exciting. We managed to get out "ye old playpen in garage that nobody uses ever since the baby grew out of it" and set it up for Daisy.
(wait a second while I exit out of Firefox and go to Google Chrome because "This server does not support 'www.Blogger.com' due to loading problems." Wha?)
Okay, I'm back.
Anyways, the rabbits have successfully switch-a-rooed from their old cages to new cages/pen. (: They love the new set-ups - the only change is all the room they get! Daisy was getting so big and even with supervised out of cage time and the hours she spent frolicking around our house, she needed more space! We now have the big baby pen up with comfy resting pads and her stuff; she adores it! Lily loves her new(Daisy's old) cage and has enough room to play. Although our bunnies have plenty of room, we always let them out once a day to romp and have fun with the family.(And of COURSE, watch TV! What rabbits goes without watching football at least once a day?)
I just read this blog and I think you should read it as well. (Also check out her Critter Care blog)

Daisy is more comfortable in her pen than her smaller cage.
I can agree!

From Bunnies to Magazines and More...
Unlike my usual post about the care of pets, today I have to announce the upcoming magazine, The Daily Critter. It is a home-printed magazine, and it cannot be sold to the blog-readers, but Critter Corner will put excerpts online for you to see! The picture is here and can also be seen in the Gallery.
Another magazine-related announcement is that Nature Girl has decided to order a Critters magazine on www.smallanimalchannel.com, an awesome website that you should check out if you have not yet done this. Even better, you should buy and read the magazine, which can only be found online. The magazine, which is filled with articles, quizzes, and more about critters, is a yearly issue, so it is very thick and has more than 120 pages of critter enthusiast-friendly stuff for you and your critter that has experts you can count on!
Finally, I remember a rabbit loving someone saying "that dogs and cats seemed to have endless websites and nobody ever devotes any websites truly to rabbits." Well, this is not true. If you look extra hard you can find some great websites just for these furry-eared pals, along with other some other great critters too. Of course, it is hard to spend a lot of time searching for them, so I found these rabbit-safe websites that you can add to your Favorites list so you can always find them.

More Recent Questions and Updates
Daisy: Wow, I think I skipped a Question Tuesday or something.....
Peanut: I guess so. Anyway, what are the questions for this week, huh?
Daisy: Let me see now--ah, yes....the first person emailed Critter Corner asking how much do guinea pigs cost.
Peanut: Maybe they're putting the thought of getting one into consideration! Oh, but, isn't that like slavery?
Daisy: What do ya' mean?
Peanut: You know...I don't think people should buy animals. Buying living beings was banned by George Washington.
Daisy: I thought it was a different president. Abe Lincoln. Or was it Teddy Roosevelt? Whoever that is. Or maybe James Garfield. Was it a president at all? Oh man, I really need to touch up on my social studies skills.
Peanut: Whatever. The answer is this: around 10 dollars. The cage is the expensive part. Um, I was wondering, where exactly do you get these random questions??
Daisy: I get the questions from the people who ask them!!!! Where else would they come from????
Peanut: Well, you could make them up because nobody really does email us. I know it!
Daisy: THEY DO TOO!! I ask people to mail us all the time! To prove it, I have another question send by air-mail: AH-HEM.....(smooths out letter) ........ A person wonders what our favorite foods are.
Peanut: That's so easy-peasy! I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE carrots, cucumbers, apples, sunflower seeds......
Daisy: Uh....oh-kay, we get the message! My turn next! My favorite foods are yogurt drops, crackers, pumpkin seeds, popcorn...
Peanut: NOT processed food! Veggies and fruits, you know what I mean. That's obviously why you're so fat!
Daisy: I am not fat.
Peanut: YES YOU ARE!!
Daisy: (whispering) Please stop saying that--your embarrassing me on national TV!
Peanut: Ha! Well, good! (in a sing-song voice)YOU are fa-aht, ohhh, you arrrrre FAh-t....
Daisy: AM not!
Peanut: Then why did you say you eat processed foods.
Peanut: I guess so. Anyway, what are the questions for this week, huh?

Daisy: One, yogurt drops are NOT processed, and two, I am NOT FAT!!!!!
Peanut: Whoa.
Peanut: Uh, that's all, for now on Critter Corner, and a note to all yogurt drop-eaters, don't eat too many like Daisy here, or you'll get F-A-T!
And here is a picture I put up of a healthy food to eat. YUM! And it won't make you fat!
Daisy: (weakly)I'm...not..f-a...ttt.......
Peanut: I didn't say anything.
